I finally got a good photo of the dark fish, the dinner plate did the trick, also the fish in the upper pool are getting less shy as time goes by. The one on the left is the one I've been having most trouble getting a shot of, it is very dark but definitely looks like a goldfish. The one on the right is gold with a black nose and a black spot on the top of it's head and it's tail. I definitely did not purchase these fish at Petco, still no clue how they got in my pond! I have been feeding them so they are getting a bit used to me and they seem to be getting bolder in general, swimming around the pool. The gray one in particular is very fast.
