Squeakers

I resisted for so long but then I knew I couldn't hold out forever. This is Squeakers the cat and sooner or later I knew she would make it onto the blog even though I've tried to stifle the whole cat-lady thing that I dread falling into and yet seems so easy to embrace. Really it's HER fault, SHE insisted in coming outside and SHE had to be so cute and beguiling lapping up the pond water, I certainly can't be held responsible for my actions. The blue pot is one of my basil plants which I have been leaving in the shallow area between the upper and middle pond because otherwise it dries out and gets unhappy really fast, I guess next year I'll need to put them in bigger pots. Still grooving on those hamsters! They make me laugh, every time.
