The twins

These are the two new frogs. They look very much alike. The only reason I actually know that there are two of them is because I have seen them at the same time. They are about half the size of Frogger, I think they were hatched this year. The twins tend to favor the upper pool (despite the mysterious dark fish) and Frogger mostly keeps to the lower pool, although he has been expanding his domain to the middle pool this summer. The twins are also a lot less nervous than Frogger, perhaps because this spring when I had to re-cement the lower pool I had to persuade Frogger to leave the lower pool for the upper pool and he was pretty annoyed. I noticed today that Frogger also ventures into the garden when I disturbed him while attacking the massive weed problem. He can really move when he wants to.
