I found these flowers blooming at the other end of my garden last night. They are a beautiful blue color, the photo doesn't really do them justice. This is the color of morning glory I had been hoping for on the big trellis which is growing by my pool. They must be left over from seeds I planted a couple of years ago. Funny thing is, they bloomed in the evening, not the morning! All of the flowers on the trellis bloom in the morning and are dead by the time I get home from work so I'm not sure what's up with these guys. I found a bag of morning glory seeds while I was cleaning the basement last weekend so I put them where I will know to find them next year, I am pretty sure they are the blue kind, I will use them to plant next to the pond. I think I will build myself a bent wood trellis at the edge this upcoming spring.
