Yeah, my 100th post! Good reason to get back to basics with a photo of Frogger. I disturbed him when I was digging around the pond to find the leaks. He must have been hiding in the mud, I hadn't seen him for a long time. He's gotten HUGE! It's not just me who thinks that, either, my friend stopped by and was amazed at how big he's gotten. Unfortunately the photo really doesn't show scale well, I need to pose him next to a penny or a pencil or something but I don't think he would stick around for that. Or maybe it is another frog altogether. This spring I got a toad with the shipments of flowers for the charity flower sale I organized and I let it loose in the garden but I haven't seen it since, too bad. Shortly after I took this photo Frogger (if that's his real identity) jumped into the pond and dug himself into the muck at the bottom. I wonder if he has been coming out during the warm days while I am at work.
